We keep this simple. We collect only what we need to run the coworking space, bill monthly, support members, and keep the building secure. We do not sell your personal data. Sponsors and advertisers may promote within our space and in our communications, but they do not receive your personal data from us unless you choose to engage with them.

Scope
This policy covers our website, member portal or app, payment and billing systems, Wi-Fi and network services, door access systems, video security, guest check-in, customer support, events, and any related services we operate (the Services).
If a partner or vendor operates a separate system, their privacy terms apply there. We keep vendor references generic so we can change providers while maintaining reasonable privacy and security standards.
What we collect
- Account and contact info such as name, business name, email, phone, and mailing address.
- Membership and billing such as plan, invoices, payment method tokens, and payment history. Card data is handled securely by our payment processor.
- Authentication your phone number and verification codes used to sign in. Once signed in, the app may use your phone number as a secure identifier.
- Access and security logs such as door unlock events, arrival and departure history, and device identifiers used for access.
- Wi-Fi and network logs device identifiers, IP address, and usage metadata. We may log or monitor Wi-Fi use to enforce authorized and lawful access, support operations, and meet legal obligations. We do not inspect the content of your communications beyond what is required for network security or law enforcement.
- Video security recorded in common areas for safety and incident response. We do not share video without authorization from a person in the footage, except in connection with a crime, safety issue, or subpoena. Private offices can be excluded from cameras.
- Support and communications such as emails, tickets, and messages related to your account.
- Events and guests such as RSVP and check-in details when you attend events or bring guests.
- Website and app usage basic analytics and error logs to maintain reliability. Cookies are limited to what is needed to run the site and remember your session.
How we use your information
- Provide and support memberships, rooms, desks, and related services.
- Bill monthly, process payments, and handle disputes or refunds.
- Operate building access, monitor security, and investigate incidents.
- Operate Wi-Fi and networking and enforce authorized and lawful use. We may log or monitor usage for these purposes.
- Send service messages such as receipts, access notices, and policy updates. You can opt out of non essential marketing messages.
- Improve reliability, safety, and member experience.
- Comply with laws, regulations, and security needs.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Service providers that process payments, provide hosting, analytics, email, SMS, door access, support tools, and network operations. They act on our instructions.

- You can opt out of non essential marketing emails and SMS. Service and security messages will still be sent.
- You may contact us with questions about your information. Some records must be kept for business, safety, or legal reasons.
Regional rights
Some regions provide rights to know, access, correct, or delete personal information. Where these laws apply, you can exercise your rights by emailing us. We do not sell or share personal information for cross context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate for making a request.
