1. Acceptance of Terms
By entering or using Boise Main Coworking Space or any related services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all members, guests, and visitors.
2. Occupancy and Access
All individuals using the space must display visible identification while on the property.
Guests must remain within authorized areas and be accompanied as required.
Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests.
3. Payment and Billing
- All memberships and recurring packages are billed monthly in advance, one day before the anniversary date of the original start.
- Unless otherwise specified in the package terms, cancellations require at least 2 days' notice before the next billing date so our billing system can be updated. Some packages may include longer minimum terms or cancellation fees. Those conditions are defined in the specific package details and apply in addition to these Terms.
- Access is suspended immediately if an account is past due. We will continue retry billing for several days. If payment is not successfully collected within Stripe’s retry period, the membership is terminated and access permanently revoked.
- No refunds are provided for billed membership periods or unused portions. Memberships may be transferable with management approval.
- Membership changes: Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Upgrades may be processed immediately, with charges prorated or adjusted at management’s discretion.
- By subscribing, you authorize Boise Main to automatically charge your payment method on file until you cancel in accordance with these terms.
- Disputing valid charges without first contacting Boise Main is grounds for immediate termination of membership and access.
4. Use of Space and Conduct
- No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, including the parking lot.
- Headphones are required outside of private spaces. No speakers are allowed in open areas.
- Keep common areas clean. Members are responsible for cleaning up after themselves.
- Personal belongings may not be left in the space unless specifically allowed by the membership plan (e.g., dedicated desks or private offices with storage).
- All attendees must behave respectfully toward other members, staff, and guests. Disruptive behavior is grounds for removal.
5. Wi-Fi and Technology Use
- Wi-Fi is provided for lawful and authorized use only.
- No password sharing.
- No peer-to-peer file sharing, server hosting, or other heavy bandwidth activities.
- No accessing or attempting to access other members’ data or accounts.
- Inappropriate or unlawful online activity is prohibited.
- Boise Main may monitor usage to ensure compliance and network security.
6. Security and Access
- Access to the space is through the Boise Main app or phone-based entry only.
- Each member or guest must use their own pass or badge. No tailgating or sharing credentials.
- Security cameras are in common areas for safety and incident response.
- Boise Main may revoke access immediately for violations of these terms.
7. Liability
- Boise Main is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
- Boise Main is not liable for injuries, accidents, or service interruptions.
- Members are responsible for their own property and for the conduct of their guests.
8. Termination
- Membership or access may be revoked immediately for failure to follow these terms.
- Access is automatically revoked for non-payment.
- On termination, members must remove personal property promptly.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and take effect when posted.
