Business Mailing Address at Boise Main Co-working Space

Members who have mailing-address access may use Boise Main Co-working Space as their business mailing address. This service allows you to receive USPS first-class business mail at the workspace and list the location as your business mailing address for professional and organizational purposes.

This is intended for small businesses, nonprofits, and remote workers who want a consistent, professional mailing location connected to their membership at the space.

What Is Included

Members with mailing-address access may:

• Use the address above as their business mailing address
• Receive USPS first-class letters and standard envelopes
• Pick up mail at the front desk during staffed hours

All mail is held securely for pickup. Mail is not forwarded or scanned at this time.

Who Has Access

The mailing-address feature is tied to membership type.

Included automatically:

• Club Pass memberships
• Dedicated Desk memberships
• Nonprofit memberships
• Access Pass + Mailing Address package

Available as an optional upgrade:

• Access Pass members
• Day Pass members

Not available:

• Non-members
• Occasional guests

Mail Acceptance Rules

We accept:

• USPS first-class letters
• Standard business envelopes
• Flat mail items that can be stored in the mail intake area

We do not accept:

• Packages larger than 12" x 12" x 12" without prior approval
• Freight deliveries
• Oversized or multi-box shipments

To receive a package larger than 12" x 12" x 12":

• You must request approval in advance
• You must be on-site at the time of delivery
• You must have an active membership with regular on-site presence

If a delivery arrives outside these rules, we will decline it at arrival.

Premium members: Parking lot/large item delivery can be arranged - contact us to discuss options.

Pickup Procedure

• Mail is available for pickup at the front desk during posted staffed hours.
• There is no forwarding, scanning, or outbound handling at this time.
• Please plan to pick up mail regularly to keep the mail intake area clear.

Multiple Business Entities

Each membership includes mailing address service for one business or nonprofit entity.

Additional entities:

• Club Pass, Dedicated Desk, Nonprofit, and Access + Mailing Address packages can add additional entities at $75/mo per entity
• Dedicated Desk Resident members ($1099/mo) can register up to 10 entities at no additional cost
• Each entity must maintain a separate mailing address plan

If your current membership does not include mailing-address access, you may add it by visiting your member account page and enabling the mailing address option.
