Mail Acceptance Rules
We accept
- USPS first-class letters
- Standard business envelopes
- Flat mail items that fit in the mail intake area
We do not accept
- Packages larger than 12" x 12" x 12" without prior approval
- Freight deliveries
- Oversized or multi-box shipments
To receive a package larger than 12" x 12" x 12":
- You must request approval in advance
- You must be on-site at the time of delivery
- You must have an active membership with regular on-site presence
If a delivery arrives outside these rules, we will decline it at arrival.
Premium members: parking lot or large-item delivery can be arranged - contact us to discuss options.
Pickup Procedure
- Mail is available for pickup at the front desk during posted staffed hours
- No forwarding, scanning, or outbound handling at this time
- Please plan to pick up mail regularly to keep the intake area clear
Multiple Business Entities
Each membership includes mailing address service for one business or nonprofit entity.
Additional entities:
- Club Pass, Dedicated Desk, Nonprofit, and Access + Mailing Address packages can add additional entities at $75/mo per entity
- Dedicated Desk Resident members ($1099/mo) can register up to 10 entities at no additional cost
- Each entity must maintain a separate mailing address plan
