Boardroom by the hour, business mailing address by the month, in west downtown Boise. Tour the space, host your next board meeting on us, or pick the package that fits.
If your board has met at any of these places, you already know the problem.
We are collecting stories so we can lean into the real problem. We verify your email so we know you are a real person.
The Dutch Oven conference room is a dedicated private space for up to six people. Not a shared table. Not a borrowed room. When you book it, it is yours.

Book by the hour for one-off meetings, or set a recurring monthly schedule for boards that meet regularly. Set it well in advance, or book as needs come up.
Street-level parking sits directly outside our door at 2210 W. Main St. No parking structure, no blocks to walk. Car to conference room in under a minute. See the 38-second walk.

Every board member connects to fast Wi-Fi with a single scan. No passwords to look up, no hotspot juggling, no fumbling before the meeting starts.
Two large 6x3 foot magnetic dry-erase boards and a TV with HDMI input. Map out budgets, plans, or anything your board needs to think through. Remote participants supported.
Nonprofits typically do not need daily workspace. They need reliable access on a regular schedule without carrying large monthly overhead. These packages are designed around that reality.
